Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
- Serve as receptionist for corporate headquarters, answering phones and receiving visitors
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service while performing all duties
- Calendaring
- Analyze reports and data
- Copy/fax/scan/email
- Act as liaison to HR department, assisting with tasks such as pre-employment processes, filing, travel arrangements, etc.
- Document management - maintain paper and electronic records in compliance with federal, state, grant, and company requirements
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Experience in providing administrative support.
- Able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality at all times.
- Able to maintain excellent internal and external customer service at all times.
- Appropriate Bachelor's Degree and/or applicable experience.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs - especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Publisher and Access experience a plus.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, effective, professional relationships with patients, providers, co-workers, superiors, community partners, etc.; excellent teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, handle high volume and multiple tasks, work efficiently in a potentially stressful environment.
- Reliable attendance.
- Possess knowledge of modern office equipment, systems and procedures.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding when carrying out detailed written or oral instructions; ability to use good judgment when carrying out responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, detail oriented.
